Little Matter
Privacy policy
How Little Matter handles gameplay, saved worlds, support and website visits.
Effective October 5, 2026
Who we are
Little Matter is developed by FEEL THE ENERGY LLC. This policy explains how we handle information in the game, on this website and when you contact us. For support or privacy requests, email support@littlematter.app.
Gameplay stays on your device
Little Matter does not require an in-app account. Your sandboxes, discovery history and preferences are stored on your device. The game does not send your gameplay or saved worlds to a developer-operated server.
The current game has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. You do not need to provide a name, email address, contacts or location to play. The first release is planned as a paid, ad-free download.
Your saves and your choices
Your current sandbox is saved automatically. Named saves, recovery copies and preferences remain in local app storage until you replace or remove them.
- Use the sandbox menu to clear the current scene.
- Delete individual named saves in Saved sandboxes.
- Use Settings → Reset elements to reset discovery history. This does not delete saved worlds.
- Deleting the app removes its local app data. Offloading can retain that data, and device backups may retain separate copies.
Apple’s services and your device settings control device backups and restoration. Little Matter has no developer-operated cloud account or cloud-sync service. There is no Little Matter account to delete. We cannot access or delete worlds stored only on your device.
Apple purchases and diagnostics
Apple handles App Store payments. We do not receive your payment-card details through Little Matter. Apple may process purchase and diagnostic information under its own terms and your device privacy settings. Read Apple’s privacy information.
TestFlight testing
If you use a beta version through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares it with the developer. Invitation details and feedback you submit may identify you. This is separate from the game’s local saves.
We use TestFlight information to diagnose problems and improve Little Matter. We do not use it for advertising or sell it, and we do not share TestFlight reports with third parties. We keep developer-controlled copies only as long as needed to investigate issues and improve the app. Apple controls information retained in its own services.
See TestFlight’s privacy information for details of Apple’s automatic collection and retention.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name included in the message, the contents of your request and any device details, screenshots or files you choose to send. Please include only what is needed; avoid passwords, payment-card details and unrelated personal information.
We use correspondence to answer you, investigate reported issues and provide support. We do not use it for advertising or sell it. Access is limited to people helping with the request and the providers needed to deliver and store it.
Email sent to support@littlematter.app is forwarded by Namecheap to a Gmail inbox. These providers process messages to deliver and host our correspondence. See Namecheap’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
We retain support information only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to provider backup cycles and legal retention requirements.
This website
Our website has no advertising scripts, analytics trackers, email-signup form or marketing cookies. Images and gameplay videos are hosted with the site.
The public website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and request times. Vercel may also derive approximate location from an IP address. This hosting information is separate from your offline gameplay.
We use hosting information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, not to target advertising. Hosting records follow the provider’s retention practices and the needs of operating and protecting the service. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
Service-provider safeguards
Little Matter does not send local gameplay or saved worlds to these providers. Our website hosting and optional support email use providers with published security, confidentiality and data-protection commitments. We limit the information we provide to what is needed for those services.
Vercel applies its Data Processing Addendum when processing customer data on our behalf. Technical service data and email processing are also governed by the providers’ privacy notices linked above.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Apart from the service providers described above, we may disclose support correspondence or website information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or where necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy notices explain their international processing and safeguards. Applicable data-protection requirements continue to apply to information we handle.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact support@littlematter.app to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and fulfill it. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate dispute resolution.
Where a legal basis is required, we process support and hosting information for our legitimate interests in answering requests, improving reliability and keeping services secure; to provide a service you request where necessary for a contract; or to comply with legal obligations. Local gameplay data remains under your control as described above.
Children and privacy
The game does not ask children or other players to submit personal information to play. A parent or guardian should handle support requests that would include a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us unnecessary personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The policy describes current practices; new data collection will be reflected here before it is introduced.
